*"Do nothing" was added as an option for the actions of the AW buttons.
*"Walking power" is added in the Apple watch setup page. AW reports 0 W power when you walk and this can spoil your stats. By defining "walking power" the app will record this when you walk instead of 0.
*Another template is added with 5 metrics per page (1-2-2)

気に入っているだけに、追加して欲しい機能が

基本的に気に入っています。
特にリアルタイムで心拍数の変化を知らせてくれる機能は大助かり。
GPSの機能もそこそこの精度が高い出ているだけにもうちょっとだけ欲が出てしまいます。
測定距離も概ね正確なのですが、やはりどうしても誤差が出るのは致し方有りません。
それだけに、ここからペースを変えたいと言う場所が微妙にズレます。
50mもズレる事はまず無いのですが、何時も走る場所で、ペースを変えたい位置がズレるのはちょっとね。
出来れば距離だけで指定するのでは無く、この角からとかの場所を予め地図上出来指定するとか、現場(私の走る公園には距離が示されているので)でここ、と指定して自分のトレーニングメニューを作れたら最高なんですけど。
更に欲を言ったら、ペースなどをアナウンスするのも、1分か100mかの二択でなく、自分でこの場所とかも追加出来ればより良いです。
是非お願いします。

アップデート後は落ちる

2023/2/10 のアップデート後、アプリは起動するものの、一時停止や終了を選ぶと落ちてしまいます。早期の修正を希望します。
使い勝手がよく重宝しているだけに、よけい困ります。

音声心拍ゾーンアラート機能

音声による心拍ゾーンアラート機能が付いています。この当たり前の機能がなかなか付いていないアプリばかり、ランニング中にスマホをチラチラ見ながら心拍チェックするのでしょうか??

このismoothrunには心拍ゾーンの移動ごとに音声で教えてくれます。また、心拍ゾーンは任意の数値に変更できます。これでスマホを見ることなく心拍ゾーンの把握が可能となります。

しかし、心拍ゾーン音声アラートは心拍ゾーンが移動してから通知まで数秒の遅れがある場合があり、即座に通知しないケースもありますが許容範囲内です。

まとめると音声心拍ゾーンアラート機能があって月額課金でないアプリは私が探して中ではこのアプリのみでした。
