瞑想のアプリは色々使っていますが、Ten percent happier は一番好みです。ガイド役に男性が多いのも良いです。英語版しかないので英語が苦手な人にはとっつきにくいかもしれませんが内容の素晴らしさはピカイチ🌟だと思います。一回毎に数万円出して受講するレベルの内容が惜しみなくどっさり入っているので、このアプリを見つけてから受講しに行く必要がなくなりました。日本人のために字幕がつくといいかも、と思います。メインのDanはユーモアたっぷりでとてもチャーミング。彼自身がなぜ瞑想をするようになったかの体験に基づく話は私にも瞑想が役立つことを気付かせてくれます。それもこのアプリの大きな魅力になっています。英語アレルギーでないなら、是非お勧めします。

Variety

Great app in general, but I especially liked the variety of teachers and teachings available. This paired with the podcast has helped to deepen my understanding, and has also given me a sizeable reading list to enjoy too

Best for me so far

I’ve tried a lot of the mindfulness and meditation apps available and find this one the best for me.

They are all good but some have distracting speakers, sounds, accents that don’t suit what I’m looking for.

This is clear, no nonsense, to the point.
