A disaster

From the very moment I placed the order, I had been trying to change the address. I tried calling the driver, I put the adjusted address in the notes, and I got in contact with customer support to potentially get in contact with the driver. No dice. No matter my effort, I was unable to change the delivery address. I tried so hard. I tried so incredibly hard fix the address long before the driver left the restaurant with the order. It is inconceivable how the error is programmatically possible and what a disappointment. Goodbye DoorDash. Such a simple modification before the driver left the restaurant should have been a simple customer derived changed. I never received my food as a result. I really want to fight for a refund but at the very least. App deleted.

絶対に使わないことをお勧めします。I recommend that you never use it.

カナダのマクドナルドで5000円注文したのですが、家に届かなくカスタマーセンターに問い合わせるも返金できないと一点縛り。
電話とチャットを合計10回以上したが途中で勝手に終了させられる。いまだにお金が返ってきません。ウーバーイーツの方が絶対にお勧めです。

I ordered 50$ from McDonald's in Canada, but I couldn't reach my house and contacted the customer center, but I tied it up because I couldn't get a refund.

I made more than 10 calls and chats in total, but I can end it on the way. The money hasn't been returned yet. Uber Eats is definitely recommended.

対応が悪すぎる

メールでしつこくプロモコードが送られてくるが一度も入力出来ず使えない。それを問い合わせたらアプリの再起動などをすすめられ言われた通りにしたけど変わらなかった。ダメだった場合は再度スクショ画面と共にメール返信するように言われていたので連絡したのに無視された。再度カスタマーサポートに前回の問い合わせ番号を伝えた上で問い合わせたのに、前回と同じやりとりを繰り返された上、前回は指示通りに対応しても反映されない場合はクレジット付与してもらえるとの話だったのにそれを伝えても対応してくれず、挙げ句の果てにアカウント情報がないと言われた。その後アカウント情報のスクショを求められ送ったのに無視される。こんなところに個人情報を残しておきたくないのでアカウントを無効化すべく再度問い合わせ番号を伝えた上で問い合わせたら、前回同様アカウント情報がないと言うことでまた同じやりとりをさせられた。そして同様に無視された。また問い合わせて前回のやりとりを全て伝えたのにまた同じことを繰り返された。いい加減にしてほしい。前回の問い合わせ番号を伝えても意味ないのか全く同じ内容を毎回伝えなければならないし、対応が悪いから説明するのに文字を入力していたら1分も経過していないのにチャットが繋がっているか確認される。カスタマーサポートの返信で1分以上入力をこちらは催促せずに待っているのにいちいち不快。早くアカウント情報を無効化したいです。
