I bought SAS flights tickets for €1,604.88, and a few weeks later Kiwi notified me all my flights got canceled by the carrier. The refund amount depends on the carrier’s policy. SAS states they will refund the full amount if the flights got canceled by them. After 3 months, I just got a message from Kiwi the amount I will receive is €110. This is absurd. I doubt Kiwi is a legitimate company. Or a scam UPDATE: I wasted 4 months of my vain contacts with its ever changing Support personnels on Kiwi app. After I left the above negative review, I finally got to talk to someone who could monitor my case and has an compassion and an authority to make a decision. It still took several steps but he eventually refunded me the whole amount + gave me €25 Kiwi credit as a act of goodwill. My whole Kiwi experience would have been different if he was my first contact. I would try Kiwi again only when they have their own ticketing department. 何か問題がある場合には、ここにレビューすることから始める事をお勧めします。

カンボジア旅行でプノンペン からシェムリアップに移動する飛行機を予約するのに本アプリを使った。
プノンペン を現地時間、local timeで16:45発の飛行機を予約していた。
事件は搭乗当日に起こった。
プノンペン も一通り観光し終え、時間を持て余していたので、国内線だと少し早い2時間前にプノンペン 国際空港に到着した。
フードコートにある吉牛を食べて時間を潰すつもりだった。
しかし、空港到着後フライト案内ディスプレイを見て冷汗が流れた。
時間は全く違うが乗る予定と同じフライトナンバーの横にGate closedと表示されていた。
まぁ同じフライトナンバーなんだろうと自分を落ち着かせたが、心配になって空港係員を探した。
空港係員にkiwiのe-reciptを見せたところ、係員は1日分のフライト予定表から同じフライトがあるか一生懸命探してくれた。
そしてe-reciptの時間欄を指差して一言、”wrong time”。
自分も静かにひと言”Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat......?????????”
悲しくてこれしか言えなかった。

きっとlocal timeっていうのは予約を完了した場所の時間なんだろう。kiwiの中ではきっとそうなんだろう。
「海外旅行に行く時は事前準備をしっかりと。慣れてきたら危ないぞ。」
これを再度教えてくれたkiwiに星を1つ追加しておこうと思う。

アプリの出来はいいと思う。見やすい。
これで星２つ。

kiwiの名誉のために追記しておくと、返金申請すると時間はかかりましたが調査してキッチリ返金されました。
英語でのやりとりにはなりますが、kiwi側も丁寧に対応してくれました。

GW中の航空券を行きはANA公式で、帰りはスカイスキャナー経由kiwi.comでANAの航空券を予約。
コロナで行きも帰りも飛行機が欠航になり、ANA公式は返金申請した当日に全額返金処理。
kiwi.comは4/29に返金申請をしましたが、7/29の今日現在何も進展がないままです。
また飛行機自体欠航なのにも関わらず、何故かステータスは｢旅行済み｣になっております。
謎過ぎます。
諦めきれず何度も返金処理申請を行いましたが、その度に自動の返信メールが届くのみで、それ以外のメールも進展も一切無し。
対応は最悪です。
返金処理に最長3ヶ月かかると記載がありますが、明日でその3ヶ月です。
明日中に返金処理が終わるとも思えません。
問合せのメールを送りたくても、私のプランでは問合せのメールは送れないどのことです。
だから返金処理申請しか出来ません。
でも自動の返信メールしか返ってきません。
このまま泣き寝入りかと思うとやりきれません。
