QLab Remote is the official iOS companion app for remote control of QLab, the award-winning live show control software for macOS. QLab Remote requires a connection to QLab 3.0 or later. Some features require a specific minimum version of QLab 4 or 5. See https://qlab.app/docs/v5/networking/qlab-remote/#requirements for details.

Get out of the booth and edit your QLab workspace from wherever you are. Flag cues as you sit in tech rehearsal. Adjust audio levels from the front row. Change the geometry of a video cue from the stage.

QLab Remote is free to use in "Read-Only Mode", which allows you to view a workspace & follow along worry-free and also includes the unlimited ability to flag cues & edit cue notes. Optional In-App Purchases are available to unlock show control, editing, and light tools features.

This totally ruins figure53

Instead of other one complaining charge, we’re pay for the professional app who asking money, but not in this case. I can’t see there are any sense still default with “Read-Only Mode” when you already paid for ops. Seem like it need verify by App Store every time you connect to the host computer, keeping press disable read-mode won’t help, you have leave the host network then join another network with internet access, which mean you also lost the connection with host! Otherwise, iOS won’t keep apps running background if you floated multi-tasking. My corp paid ton of licenses to this company and this time really disappointed! Coz it switching between Paid/ Unpaid mode, all the layout you did gone every time. What the hell? All latest well update version so no excuse.

We have found that the most consistent resolution to this issue is to do a “force restore” while online and able to connect to the App Store. Please open the "Purchases" screen and tap the “Restore Previous Purchases” button three times. (After the second tap the title changes to “Force Restore Previous Purchases”.) The “force restore” will prompt you to enter your App Store credentials.

4.2.0からはRead-Only modeのみです。4.1.5までFreeで使えていたFull機能にいきなり4,800円の課金はExpensive。
Old iDeviceをRemoteControlerにしようとしても、Qlab4に対してiOS9以上が必要です。

I can see why you might feel this way. Did you already own a previous version of QLab Remote? If so, sometimes a problem prevents the In-App Purchase from unlocking automatically. Please write to us at support@figure53.com if you are having trouble. We will be happy to help!

We hope that making QLab Remote 4.2.0 a free download is an advantage. Before now, the only way to use "Read-Only Mode" was to buy the whole app for ¥4,800. Now the paid features are optional which lets more people use "Read-Only Mode" for free.
