Where did my back issues go?…(update)

I updated the app, then lost almost all of my back issues….. Now all I have are issues from 2010 to 2011, the 2019 to date. Where did all the issues between go????? I tried logging off and logging on again, tried restoring issues, no difference. I got the subscription from iTunes Store, if this is something between the publisher and Apple please resolve ASAP!!!

Update - so the back issues are there now, but I cannot save them to my iPad… I download the issue, but when I reopen the app the issues are downloaded… I’d like to use the app when offline like on an airplane, why can’t I download the issues anymore….
