If you plan to travel by train in the UK

Using this app is a simple, straightforward way to find trains and purchase tickets. An English friend recommended it. I am glad he did.

You will be stuck in this app. I couldnt change my travel date

I will never ever recommend this app for travelers!!!! DONT USE THIS ONE!!! This is the worst app i used within the public transportation ticket app. I booked my ticked for 2 days with go&return tickets from Japan. I dont live in EU so my only method to solve my issue quickly is by online or email. Once i booked my ticked, i decided to change my travel date. But when i tried to change my travel date, their booking system always gave me en error which i cant pay for exchange fee by my all creditcards. My cards are actually working fine. So at the end of trying many time after few minutes, sending emails to their HELP contacts, no one replied to me. I lost my all 4-5 hours. Since i dont live in EU, i cant call to emergency contact. Their online SUPPORT is very pooor!!!! So at the end, i couldnt change my traintickets, frustrated. I complained to their customer support, however they suggested me to cancel as usual cancellation policy which i would get only 50% of ticket price. IS IT FAIR??? I didn’t request to cancel because of me, i requested cancellation be because of your unreliable booking system. If you are traveler, you dont want to waste your time on some issue like this. In any case of emergency when you need to change your travel date before scheduled time, you will get an system error and cant make change, cant get refund. This is the worst app

使えない！！！

30￡で1年間3分の1の割引パックは買えたのに、何故かチケットは買えないという意味のわからない状態に陥りました。これの被害者が僕だけであることを祈ります。あと最初も何故かわかりませんが、ドイツ語からのスタートでした。それは設定から簡単に直せたので良かったのですが、支払いの方はそうは上手く行きません。クレジットカードは問題ありませんし、Paypalとかいうやつも利用してみましたが、それでも上手く行きませんでした。30￡返して欲しいくらいです。上手くいっている人もいるみたいなので、尚更よく分かりません。被害者が増えないことを祈っています。
