Super helpful!

Sometimes I forget to just stop and breathe. Being able to have notifications has helped me remind myself to do so. Whenever I’m stressed, doing a session of closing my eyes and breathing makes me more calm and ready to pick up right where I left off again. If you get stressed easily, going through a hard time, or just want to calm yourself, this is a good app for you! :)

Exactly what I was looking for

I do breathing exercises/meditation, and had been using YouTube videos for 4/5/6 second interval timers… until I came across this app. Tried it out for a bit and decided to buy the full version, because it was exactly what I needed for 6-12-12 Nadi Shodhana and 7-7 / 5-10 Soham Breathing.
Design is smart, there’re a variety of themes to choose from, and the simple ux lets me customize the intervals exactly how I like with incredible ease and satisfying results.

Love the app

I love the app, it’s helped me through tough presentations and other events. Can recommend!!
You can change the breath rate on the fly, you can hear the sounds even when you put the phone on sleep and on top of other apps like kindle. I have a subscription and can recommend.
