Not Impressed

The interface for the application is clunky and amateurish. Why should it requires 5 clicks to do a simple file delete when it can be done with a swipe and a click. This app is not very pleasant to use.

読み込みもしない

iPhone6sの時容量補充のために購入し、使用していました。使用している時も、アプリが急に落ちて使えなくなったりすることもありましたが、我慢しれば使えてました。
iPhone 11 Pro に機種変更し、早速データを移そうと、同じアプリをダウンロードし、同じ使い方で何度も挑戦しましたが、なんの反応も起こしませんでした。まず、差込口に差し込んで、データを読み取ろうともしてくれませんでした。
他の方もおっしゃっているように、別の機種では使えません。使えないなどの理由があるのならば、分かりやすく説明して欲しかったです。
自分にとっては、かなり負担した額で購入した物だったので、使えない事が非常に残念です。返金して欲しいくらいです。
どうにか改善お願いします。

直ぐに落ちるようになった

数年前から利用していたマルチカードリーダー。
今日iPadに接続したところ、動画が数十秒程したら落ちてホーム画面に戻ってしまう状態に。
一週間前くらいには何の問題もなかったのに…
色々調べて、iDiskkのアプリを再インストールしたり…やってみるものの改善せず。
バージョン情報を確認してみたら、4日前にバージョンアップされている模様。
このレビューをよく読んでみると、以前からバージョンアップされると見れなくなった、直ぐ落ちるという書き込みが多数ありますが、私の現象もその影響ということなのでしょうか？
iPad本体はアップルサポートにも連絡して確認しましたが、ストレージなども含めて全く問題ありませんでした。
